For beginners even before their first fight, trainees for a fight camp, or advanced fighters who want to expand their MMA & BJJ knowledge. Our classes are for every level, multiple times a week, starting even at the early age of 4 years old. Classes at Pariente Academy begin with a short dynamic warm up that includes both plyometric and calisthenic exercises, Gi or No Gi for your choosing.
